When we feel love and kindness toward
others, it not only makes others feel loved and cared for, but it helps us also
to develop inner happiness and peace. --HH the Dalai Lama

Our focus dictates what we see, which reinforces our focus, further confining the possibility of what we will see.
May you be blessed by these offerings reminding us of the beauty, wonder, and sacredness in the world around us and within us.

What is amazing about today?
~Kes shares a spirit-lifting clip at What is amazing about today?
from a tremendous project that uses music to show us just how interconnected we are.
Mark Johnson, Jonathan Wallis, Whitney Burditt, David Bacon, Joe Carnahan and Raan Williams created a movement to connect the world through music. "Playing for Change: Peace Through Music" took a few years to produce and from one song 'STAND BY ME" recorded musicians from around the world and edited the sound into one recording. The documentary will be released in 2009 but you can get the sneak preview on their website.
